Anti-GPX1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Glutathione Peroxidase 1 (GPX1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is affinity-purified and provided as a liquid preparation, with the target protein migrating at approximately 22 kDa. The supplied formulation is phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Suggested starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
