Anti-GPT Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against GPT (Alanine Transaminase) and supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and listed for immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples and one scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-190 of human GPT (NP_005300.1). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Reported target molecular weight is 55 kDa and concentration is lot specific. The manufacturer recommends a WB dilution of 1:200-1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
