Anti-GPSM2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GPSM2 (also known as LGN), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) applications with human and mouse samples.

The reagent is provided in liquid form following affinity purification, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 380–490 of human GPSM2 (NP_037428.3), and the target protein is reported at 76 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:1,000–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
