Description
From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GPS1. The reagent is unconjugated and provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen was recombinant full length Human GPS1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of GPS1 protein. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 56kDa, and the antibody isotype is IgG.
