Anti-GPS1 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent binds GPS1, a subunit of the COP9 signalosome complex involved in cullin deneddylation and the regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein turnover. Produced by Antibodies.com, the rabbit-derived antibody is calibrated for research use only in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows and recognizes GPS1 from human, mouse, and rat samples.

Each 100 µl vial is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol, allowing convenient storage at -20 °C and protection from light when not in use. The unconjugated format gives laboratories full flexibility to couple the antibody to HRP, Alexa Fluor dyes, or biotin for their preferred detection chemistry, and the polyclonal mix expands epitope coverage for robust signal on endogenous protein in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections.
