Raised in Rabbit, this polyclonal reagent targets GPS1, a subunit of the COP9 signalosome complex that regulates cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase activity through deneddylation of cullins. Provided as 200 µl of unconjugated IgG from Antibodies.com, the antibody is validated for Western blot on Mouse-derived samples and is intended for research use only. Researchers can pair it with an HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary to detect endogenous GPS1 in whole-cell lysates prepared under denaturing conditions, supporting studies of CSN complex assembly, NF-κB signaling crosstalk, and proteasome-mediated turnover in murine models.
