Anti-GPS1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GPS1 (also referred to as CSN1) is available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supported by seven scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 258–527 of human GPS1 (NP_997657.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
