Anti-GPRIN1 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GPRIN1, validated for Western blot (WB) applications and showing reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form, with affinity purification carried out during manufacture.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human GPRIN1 (NP_443131.2). The predicted molecular weight associated with the target is 115 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended dilution range for Western blot is 1:200 to 1:2,000.
