GPR68, also known as OGR1, is a proton-sensing G-protein coupled receptor that becomes active when the extracellular pH drops into the acidic range. This unconjugated, rabbit polyclonal antibody was generated against an epitope located within the R214 region and is validated for Western Blot detection of human, mouse, and rat GPR68.
From Antibodies.com, the reagent is supplied as 50 µL of liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide, buffered to approximately pH 7.2. It is used to probe GPR68 expression in cell lysates and tissue extracts from human, mouse, and rat sources, supporting research into pH-dependent GPCR signaling, bone remodeling, inflammatory pain pathways, and tumor microenvironments where proton sensing shapes cellular behavior.
