GPR68, also known as OGR1 (Ovarian Cancer G-protein Coupled Receptor 1), is a proton-sensing G protein-coupled receptor activated by extracellular acidification. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot detection of human, mouse, and rat GPR68. The unconjugated IgG is supplied in a 200 µl vial of antiserum, applicable to immunoblotting workflows that probe endogenous receptor levels in cell line and tissue lysates. GPR68 signaling has been studied in osteoblasts, vascular smooth muscle, microglia, and tumor microenvironments where extracellular pH falls, making this antibody a useful reagent for groups mapping receptor abundance in pH-biology and cancer research.
