Anti-GPR52 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the C-terminal region of human GPR52 (G-protein coupled receptor 52) and is offered at the 50 µl pack size with a stated concentration of 1 mg/mL. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, provided in a liquid formulation containing PBS with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with human samples, where it detects endogenous levels of the GPR52 protein following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for storage at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
