Anti-GPR38 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GPR38, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. It is validated for western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of more than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 367–412 of human GPR38, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of the GPR38 protein. The antibody recognises a target with an expected molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
