Anti-GPR20 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 313-358 of human GPR20, an orphan G protein-coupled receptor. The preparation is supplied unconjugated in a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (approximately pH 7.2) with 0.05% sodium azide as a microbial preservative, and purity is reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE. Endogenous GPR20 protein is detected in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species expression profiling in western blot and immunofluorescence workflows.

The antibody recognises the ~38 kDa GPR20 polypeptide and is validated for WB and IF applications. Peptide-blocking controls confirm specificity for the immunising epitope. Because the reagent is unconjugated, it can be paired with HRP, fluorophore, or biotin labels chosen by the user. Working dilutions should be titrated empirically for each lysate, fixation method, and detection system.
