Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human GPR172B (also known as SLC52A1/Riboflavin transporter 2) and specifically detects endogenous levels of the target protein. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated primary antibody is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows on human samples. The antibody is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, providing consistent batch-to-batch performance for research applications. For routine handling, vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended for research use only, this reagent is a reliable choice for laboratories investigating riboflavin transport, G-protein-coupled receptor signaling, or related metabolic pathways.
