Anti-GPR17 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to GPCR GPR17, offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a liquid of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography. It is validated for Western blot (WB) with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–94 of human GPR17 (NP_005282.1).

The target protein has a molecular weight of 41 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and the concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
