Anti-GPR17 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GPR17, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 235–280 of human GPR17 and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.

According to the manufacturer, the reagent detects endogenous levels of GPR17 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The product is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa.
