Anti-GPR158 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of endogenous GPR158 protein, supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, using a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human GPR158 as the immunogen. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it is validated for ELISA, Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and mouse samples. Vials are shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt the reagent should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
