Anti-GPR153 (E234) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against GPR153 (E234). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 201–256 of human GPR153, and detects endogenous levels of GPR153 protein. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Purification by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen yields greater than 95% purity as assessed by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 65 kDa.
