Anti-GPR152 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against GPR152 (also referred to as PGR5 or probable G-protein coupled receptor 152) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human GPR152. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, with reactivity validated against human samples. Recommended applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GPR152 protein. For shipping and handling, the vial is dispatched at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
