Generated in rabbits and validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence, this polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets GPR15, the G protein-coupled receptor also known as BOB (Brother of Bonzo). The reagent is unconjugated and shows reactivity in human, mouse, and rat samples.
GPR15 serves as a co-receptor for HIV-2 and SIV and has been linked to lymphocyte trafficking to intestinal tissue and to inflammatory bowel disease research. Each vial contains 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock prepared in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; storage at -20 °C in aliquots, protected from light, supports repeated freeze-thaw cycles while preserving titer and specificity.
The unconjugated format allows pairing with rabbit-IgG-matched secondary antibodies for both Western blot detection and immunofluorescence imaging. QC testing performed by Antibodies.com confirms consistent lot-to-lot performance for research use only.
