Anti-GPR120 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targets endogenous GPR120 and is supplied at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The 50 µl volume is unconjugated and validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, with demonstrated reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human GPR120, and the antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
