Description
This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against GPR119. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 190–240 of human GPR119, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of GPR119 protein. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
