Anti-GPR116 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets GPR116 (also referenced as ADGRF5, Adhesion G protein-coupled receptor F5, or KIAA0758) and is provided as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human GPR116 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of the GPR116 protein. Validated applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been characterized for use on human samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt, researchers should aliquot and store it at –20 °C and avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
