Anti-GPR116 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GPR116, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blotting. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, enabling detection of endogenous levels of the GPR116 protein in those species.

According to the manufacturer's product information, the antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human GPR116 as the immunogen, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 149 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is supplied unconjugated for Western blot applications.
