Anti-GPR105 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against GPR105 and detects endogenous levels of the target protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 197–242 of Human GPR105.

Validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), the unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 39 kDa, and one scientific validation image is available.
