Anti-GPR10 (Q223) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Q223 region of GPR10 and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200-250 of human GPR10. The unconjugated reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody detects endogenous levels of GPR10 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 41 kDa.
