Anti-GPM6A Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets GPM6A and is supplied unconjugated as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human GPM6A (NP_005268.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 31 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity purification.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at −20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
