Anti-GPKOW Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of the Primary Antibodies portfolio, this polyclonal reagent is a rabbit IgG preparation raised against the human GPKOW protein for western blot detection. GPKOW (G-Patch domain and KOW motifs) is a nuclear RNA-binding factor that participates in pre-mRNA splicing as a component of the spliceosomal complex, and unconjugated antibodies against it are commonly used in studies of spliceosome assembly and nuclear RNA processing.

Supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated polyclonal antiserum, the reagent is intended for immunoblotting of cell and tissue lysates on standard PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes. The host species is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal, and isotype is IgG, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. On SDS-PAGE, GPKOW typically resolves near 50 kDa, allowing the polyclonal reagent to be applied as a single primary antibody in standard western blot workflows with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary detection.
