Anti-GPI Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for research use, targeting the GPI protein. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence workflows, corresponding to the listed WB, IHC and ICC/IF applications.

The antibody was generated against recombinant full length Human GPI as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of GPI protein. It is supplied as a 1mg/ml preparation in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation is greater than 95% pure by SDS-PAGE. The indicated molecular weight of the target is approximately 63 kDa.
