Anti-GPI Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to GPI. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P), and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human GPI. The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific. Reported molecular weight is 58 kDa and the predicted molecular weight is 63 kDa. Three scientific validation images are available.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:500-1:1,000 for IHC-P, and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
