Anti-GPI Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Glucose-6-Phosphate Isomerase (GPI), a cytosolic enzyme that catalyzes the second step of glycolysis by interconverting glucose-6-phosphate and fructose-6-phosphate. Beyond its metabolic role, GPI is recognized as a candidate autoantigen in rheumatoid arthritis research and is also known in the literature as autocrine motility factor and neuroleukin.

Validated by Antibodies.com for Western blot and flow cytometry, this unconjugated IgG reagent detects the native GPI target in human, mouse, and rat samples. Polyclonal reactivity provides broader epitope coverage than monoclonal alternatives, supporting recognition of conformational or post-translationally modified forms of the antigen across multiple sample types.
