Anti-GPER1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GPER1, also known as G-protein coupled receptor 30. Produced as an IgG and supplied unconjugated, it is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence, including ICC/IF, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 307–375 of human GPER1 (UniProt Q99527). The target has a reported molecular weight of 52 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration and purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
