Anti-GPD1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GPD1, supplied by Antibodies.com within their primary antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of GPD1 protein. Reactivity has been confirmed against human and mouse samples, with the antibody validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is supplied with one scientific validation image.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen corresponds to recombinant full-length human GPD1, and the target migrates at approximately 38 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and it is of the IgG isotype.

GPD1 is also known by the synonyms Glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase [NAD(+)], cytoplasmic, GPD-C and GPDH-C, denoting the cytoplasmic isoform of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase.
