Anti-GPD1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Glycerol 3 Phosphate Dehydrogenase (GPD1), supplied by Antibodies.com within their primary antibody portfolio. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting, with immunohistochemistry also listed among the applications, and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–349 of human GPD1 (NP_005267.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It targets a protein of approximately 38 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at −20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
