Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Glypican 6 (GPC6) and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Following affinity purification, the antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and generated in Rabbit hosts.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity reported against Human and Mouse samples; the distributor source additionally lists Rat reactivity. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 320–530 of human GPC6 (NP_005699.1). The reported molecular weight is 63 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. One scientific validation image is provided.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
