Anti-GPC4 Antibody [PAT51E3AT]

A mouse monoclonal antibody [PAT51E3AT] targeting Glypican 4 (GPC4), available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG2a reagent. The clone was raised against recombinant human GPC4 protein (amino acids 401–529) purified from E. coli and is reactive with human samples.

Validated applications include ELISA, Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and flow cytometry, with recommended dilutions of 1:1,000 for WB, 1:200 for ICC/IF and 1:200 for FC according to the manufacturer. The antibody is purified from mouse ascitic fluids by Protein A chromatography and has a kappa light chain.

Provided as a sterile filtered liquid formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 10% glycerol, at 1 mg/ml. It is shipped at 4 °C; short-term storage at 2–8 °C and long-term at −20 °C are recommended, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
