Anti-GPC3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com and distributed by AFMS, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in Rabbit against Glypican-3 (GPC3), an oncofetal heparan sulfate proteoglycan widely used as a marker in hepatocellular carcinoma research. The immunogen is a recombinant human GPC3 protein, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total GPC3 in samples derived from Human, Mouse and Rat. It is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and should be stored at -20°C. The unconjugated immunoglobulin is validated for Western blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and has been purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen.
