Anti-GPC3 Antibody

Glypican-3 (GPC3) is a GPI-anchored cell-surface proteoglycan that modulates Wnt, FGF, and IGF signaling pathways and serves as a clinically validated biomarker for hepatocellular carcinoma. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against GPC3 and recognizes the human, mouse, and rat proteins in western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, supplied by Antibodies.com.

Provided as 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent is suited to immunostaining of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections and immunoblotting of cell or tissue lysates.
