Anti-GPAM Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase mitochondrial (GPAM), the rate-limiting outer-mitochondrial-membrane enzyme that initiates de novo glycerolipid biosynthesis by acylating glycerol-3-phosphate to lysophosphatidic acid. Raised in rabbit and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated format supports pairing with secondary reporters in lipid-metabolism studies of hepatic triglyceride synthesis, adipocyte differentiation, obesity models, and insulin-resistance research. Each vial contains 100 µl, providing ample volume for routine immunodetection workflows.
