Anti-gp91-phox Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent in a 100 µl vial, this polyclonal antibody recognizes gp91-phox, the catalytic membrane subunit of the NADPH oxidase complex, also known as CYBB or NOX2. The antibody is validated for western blot and ELISA on human samples, and the target protein migrates at approximately 91 kDa, a useful reference when interpreting western blot bands. gp91-phox is the gene mutated in X-linked chronic granulomatous disease, so the reagent is widely used by immunology and redox-biology labs studying phagocyte respiratory burst, superoxide generation, and NOX2 assembly in neutrophils and monocytes.
