A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and supplied in unconjugated form. The antibody targets GP2 and is reported for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Reactivity is stated for human and mouse samples.
The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 111–387 of human GP2 (NP_001007243.2). The target has a molecular weight of 55 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000.
Storage instructions are to ship at 4 °C, then aliquot and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
