Anti-GP1BA Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody to GP1BA, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Generation used a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human GP1BA as the immunogen, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of GP1BA protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. It recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 69 kDa.
