Anti-GP IIb/IIIa Antibody [8]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 8) targets platelet membrane glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP IIb/IIIa). It is of the IgG2a isotype, supplied unconjugated and lyophilised, and is validated for ELISA applications with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The immunogen is a human platelet suspension, and the antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is formulated lyophilised in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, and is intended to be reconstituted with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent.
