Anti-GP IIb/IIIa Antibody [71]

A mouse monoclonal [71] antibody from Antibodies.com targets platelet membrane glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP IIb/IIIa) and is validated for ELISA and Western blot applications. This unconjugated IgG1 reagent is raised in mouse and reacts with human samples.

The antibody is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2 and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is generated against a human platelet suspension immunogen, with working concentration being reconstitution dependent. Vials are shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted for storage at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water.
