Anti-GP IIb/IIIa Antibody [700]

A mouse monoclonal [700] antibody targeting platelet membrane glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP IIb/IIIa), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for ELISA use. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype, unconjugated, and raised against a human platelet suspension immunogen. It is validated for reactivity with human samples.

The product is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2 and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. Concentration is reconstitution dependent, and the antibody should be reconstituted with double distilled water. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival, aliquots should be stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
