Anti-GP IIb/IIIa Antibody [474]

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a mouse monoclonal reagent directed against platelet membrane glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP IIb/IIIa). It is supplied in lyophilised form and is validated for ELISA and Western Blot applications.

The antibody reacts with human samples and is of the IgG1 isotype, with clone ID 474. It is unconjugated and was raised against a human platelet suspension immunogen. The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated as a lyophilised preparation in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. It is recommended to reconstitute with double distilled water; the resulting concentration is reconstitution dependent.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze and thaw cycles.
