Description
This Mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against platelet membrane glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP IIb/IIIa) and is supplied as clone 291 of IgG2b isotype in unconjugated form. It is validated for ELISA applications and reacts with human samples.
The immunogen is a human platelet suspension. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. Concentration is reconstitution dependent. It is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water.
