Anti-GP IIb/IIIa Antibody [262]

Available from Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 262) is raised against platelet membrane glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP IIb/IIIa). The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a lyophilised preparation.

The antibody is of the IgG2b isotype and was generated using a human platelet suspension as immunogen. It is validated for ELISA application and is reactive with human samples.

The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and is lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution should be carried out using double distilled water, and the working concentration is reconstitution dependent.
