Anti-GP IIb/IIIa Antibody [128]

A Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone ID 128) directed against platelet membrane glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP IIb/IIIa) is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied unconjugated in lyophilised form. It is validated for use in ELISA applications and reacts with Human samples. Concentration is reported as reconstitution dependent.

The antibody was raised against a Human platelet suspension immunogen and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is formulated as a lyophilised product prepared from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, and is intended to be reconstituted with double distilled water. The epitope is given as Sp2/0-Ag14. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
