Anti-GOT1 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised against recombinant human Glutamic-Oxaloacetic Transaminase 1 (GOT1) and supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The antibody specifically detects endogenous total GOT1 protein, making it well suited for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows in routine research settings. Cross-reactivity has been validated against human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting broad utility across cell- and tissue-based assays. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
